Elijah Wood was a child actor, now probably in his teens, who has appeared as the first or second billed in a number of recent movies such as "Forever Young," "The Good Son" (he was the one who wasn't Macaulay Culkin, which is a name that should not appear anywhere near any mention of "The Lord of the Rings"...oops, too late), "Flipper," and "North." He's decent, but whether he can hold his own as a legendary character like Frodo remains to be seen.
