They should get Warwick Davis involved in this somehow... they have hobbits and dwarves, after all... I'm actually probably most interested in who they cast as Saruman. The trouble with Saruman is that diabolical evil is darned easy to portray, and seems appropriate at first, but isn't what the character calls for. Saruman has to exemplify corruption and decay rather than simple evil, and the most important distinction that has to be made about him is the fall from the high state of grace that he once held. I'm trying to come up with an actor to might be able to portray that, and the only person who really comes to mind is Sir Anthony Hopkins. Anyone else?
