This series entry marks the first appearance of Dagwood's new boss, George Rat--uh, Radcliffe, played by Jerome Cowan (who would reprise the role in the next seven films). Of course, Dagwood's usual bad luck leaves Radcliffe with a bad first impression of him. A delightful surprise ending adds to the fun.
