When Dagwood loses a raise after fouling up a deal during a golf game, alternate sources of income are explored. Dagwood takes up radio repair, and Blondie bakes and sells cookies with the help of a kind old gentleman hilariously portrayed by Hugh Herbert. It's a slight disappointment compared to its predecessors, but better than some that would follow. In this episode, Norman Phillips fills in for Jack Rice as the character Ollie.
