Some of Howard's jokes are pretty evil, but nobody that rides a mooterscooter can be evil.

Paul A. could be evil, but he's been around long enough that I don't think so. Maybe "insane genius" would be a better term.

Kelly, Luisa, Enile and Mikey all seem to be nice non-evil folk.
