Food Memory

Some people don't like having the same meal two evenings in a row. Even if you really love pizza, for example, you might not want to eat it the day after you had it. Or maybe you'll be fine with your *favorite* food two days in a row but not most other foods.

Other people don't have a problem with having the same meal two days in a row but draw the line at two meals in a row, for example lunch and dinner of the same day.

For the purposes of this discussion, I shall call this window of time, the minimum length of time for which it is not undesirable to have the same meal twice, one's food memory.

The question is, how long is your food memory?

Mine is about two hours long. I try not to have the same thing for lunch and dinner of the same day, but it wouldn't kill me if I did. I've gathered I'm in the minority on this, but now it's time to find out for sure.
