My Mom had this wonderful thing that she did with leftovers. She threw them out. My father had other ideas. He called it Sunday night stew.

Now I'm engaging in a dangerous activity sometimes known as "thinking." Aren't leftovers pretty much the same as recycled garbage? Or am I just thinking of home-grown pork?
