Remember the accident I witnessed?

I got a call this morning from a private investigator who has been hired to look into the accident. He wants to interview me to get more detail on what happened.

Anyone have any suggestions for how I should handle this? Right now, my inclination is to have the interview and just come as clean and honest as I can. Anyone see any reason NOT to do this?
