No argument there. My point on that one was simply that Canada's court system seems to be more inclined to throw out a lot of cases that might progress in US courts. If me being sued were unlikely in the US, it would be even less likely here because it would be more likely to be dismissed out of hand.

That's the impression I've gotten, anyway.
