The second one we can rule out, because... well, because I said so. So Sam's abductor - the spy from Katoo - must be a European, or at least have learned Engish in Britain.

Furthermore, I would say that English is not the first language of the abductor. My tipoff here was the phrase "we need people as Sam;" this phrase, while technically, I believe, correct, is terribly archaic, and not one found in common use. Therefore, the possible conclusions are again twofold: our quarry is not a native speaker, or he is... well, me. And, again, I say he's not me.

Yes, there can be only one conclusion reached here (well, okay, two, but I said it's *not* me). Based on the above evidence, I know who kidnapped Sam. A European. Someone whose first language is not English. The game is up, Katoo I, or should I say Issachar!
