Well, I received my SAT scores in the mail today, and let's just say that I am not very pleased. At all. I probably did as well/bad as I thought I would, but still...seeing it in print is so much more terrible.

On the verbal section I received a score of 630, which placed me in the 86th percentile nation-wide. I think I worded that right...I did better than 86% is what I'm trying to say. English is my strongest subject, so honestly I thought I was going to do even better than that, but oh well. Hey, did better than 95% of the people on the sentence completion portion...yeeha!

Then there came math...my worst subject which I despise with a passion. I thought I was going to do better on it, but I guess not. I only scored a 550 on it, which put me in the 61st percentile...*cries/faints/chokes/sputters/coughs/wheezes* I won't even try to explain how I got that score.

Anywho, so my combines score ended up being a measly 1180. My counselor at school said if I could get a 1200, I'd be able to get all the best scholarships. All I can say to that is, "GRRRRRR!" I'm going to figure out whether or not I should retake it next year. Luckily, however, I did well enough to get into the colleges I wanted to go to. Hmm...

Oh, and I was very ill the day I took the test, too, so maybe it WOULD be best if I took it again. *shrug* I dunno. Harupmh!
