DEFINITELY do it again. It took 3 tries to get the 29 i needed on my ACT for the higher scholarship bracket (and going down on my second try almost made me not do it the last time), but it was quite worth it. Think about the money now, so you won't have to think so much about the money later.

And, no, standardized test scores are not all they look at, but a good score can be a really good first impression (before they even meet you) from which you can prove yourself.
