Sinbad Comic

Join Sinbad and his merry men as they embark on a dubiously-conceived quest to foil a dubiously-conceived but probably evil plot by the evil vizier Jaffar! Sinbad Comic is a screen-cap comic based on the incredible, incomparable, and inexplicable 1989 Lou Ferrigno film, Sinbad of the Seven Seas.

Sinbad Comic is currently on hiatus but will eventually return for the fifth and final season.

"Fifty smackers for a boo and thirty for each hoo." ...That sounds straight out of Dr. Seuss.

This will have the side effect of making people drop "boos" entirely from crying. With only "hoos", crying will start to sound like crazy laughter. Diabolical!

Uh-oh -- has Jaffar offended Alina's female sensibilities? Will she cry? Will he be able to resist?

This is one of the very first ideas I had for the strip, possibly dating back before I actually started making any of them and certainly before I started publishing any. It also predates my conception of Jaffar's real master plan, as documented in strip #21, so this almost feels like an aside.

Although the idea came to me early, certain lines only came about when I actually made it and saw what images I had to work with. The "Fifty smackers for a boo..." line, for instance, exists because I had that great frame of Jaffar making an "oo" sound and just had to find a way to use it.
