Sinbad Comic

Join Sinbad and his merry men as they embark on a dubiously-conceived quest to foil a dubiously-conceived but probably evil plot by the evil vizier Jaffar! Sinbad Comic is a screen-cap comic based on the incredible, incomparable, and inexplicable 1989 Lou Ferrigno film, Sinbad of the Seven Seas.

Sinbad Comic is currently on hiatus but will eventually return for the fifth and final season.

Also, somehow I JUST read "pulsated to the great tunes of Alan Menken." That's awesome.

Aww, now I keep imagining how Jaffar would deliver the "You magnificent bastard, I READ YOUR BOOK!" line.

HA YES

Indeed. I got it from the very first panel ("Hey! It's the Woody Allen credits!"), and it brought me great joy.

I've fallen behind on Sinbad... I now need to go back and read the ones I've missed.

For the puzzled: the black and white panels refer to the opening moments of the movie Manhattan (hence the simple title "Basra"). The last panel is the opening line of Patton, which is spoken in front of a humongous American flag. The flag here, the Iraqi flag from 1921-1959, is the closest thing I could come to a flag of ancient Basra.
