I may be generalizing here, but if what you say is true, Houston really does make people lazy. No wonder it is once again ranked as the fattest city in the U.S.**

I may be only half serious here in my comments, but I would like to know who you are talking about and what exactly you are referring to beyond Katrina. Are these people from Houston? Displaced people from the Gulf Coast? Did they turn down jobs in New Orleans because they were getting jobs in Houston? Did getting a job in New Orleans mean they wouldn't get any money from the government?
