Say what??? Horses, maybe?

I don't speek French, so if this is French, I don't have a clue what it means.

I ran across it in an article about a scooter meet that I plan to attend in Louisana next summer. They seem to speak a lot of French down there.

The meet is at the Lamar-Dixon Expo center near Gonzoles, La. From what I can find out this is a super duper fairgrounds built for horse shows and 4H activities. It must be huge to handle the annual national meet of the Cushman Club of America. The main building is 24,000 square feet. I'm looking forward to it, even if I never find out what kind of horse a Temps Rouler is.
