In Paris, Charlie Chan and his number one son Lee investigate the mysterious death of one of Chan's associates who knew something about a fake bond scam but was killed before she could impart what she knew to our favorite Chinese detective. Besides the intriguing if gimmicky mystery story, the highlight, of all things, is a very athletic and comical dance number.
