The Carry On crew reunite (though conspicuously without Sid James) for the third and weakest of the gang's Christmas specials. It's a collection of sketches even more unconnected than usual, each ostensibly being a story told by a guest at the dinner table. Most of the sketches fall flat. The occasional one works, but not well enough to rescue this hastily and sloppily produced special.
