Sinbad Comic

Join Sinbad and his merry men as they embark on a dubiously-conceived quest to foil a dubiously-conceived but probably evil plot by the evil vizier Jaffar! Sinbad Comic is a screen-cap comic based on the incredible, incomparable, and inexplicable 1989 Lou Ferrigno film, Sinbad of the Seven Seas.

Sinbad Comic is currently on hiatus but will eventually return for the fifth and final season.

Date: Mon, 6/7/2010, 00:54:32 		I read the comments first and when 10Kan said "Illudium PU-36 Explosive Space MRI Machine" I thought it was a joke. It was really funny to see that it was in the comic itself.

Date: Thu, 4/29/2010, 10:39:39 		I made the long panel of Alina by stitching a few different frames together. It's a tracking shot that starts at her feet and moves up along her body until it gets to her face. This was difficult, because the camera is so close to her that the perspective changes noticeably when something on the right side of the frame moves to the left. So her bodily proportions are a little off.

The other weird thing is that the rings around her pass through the frame at a different speed, because the near part of the rings are closer to the camera than she is. The end result is that the ring around her hips (see the close-up of her hand four frames later) is missing entirely -- although it is still casting a shadow over her body.

Date: Thu, 4/29/2010, 10:19:30 		It's amazing how Jaffar's actor's style lets you grab frames expressing any emotion you wish. You could make an entire Sinbad Comic with a Terrified Jaffar or a Drunk Jaffar.

Also: Illudium PU-36 Explosive Space MRI Machine! Analyzes the inside of your body and then explodes it with an EARTH-SHATTERING KABOOM.
