Sinbad Comic

Join Sinbad and his merry men as they embark on a dubiously-conceived quest to foil a dubiously-conceived but probably evil plot by the evil vizier Jaffar! Sinbad Comic is a screen-cap comic based on the incredible, incomparable, and inexplicable 1989 Lou Ferrigno film, Sinbad of the Seven Seas.

Sinbad Comic is currently on hiatus but will eventually return for the fifth and final season.

Date: Thu, 7/30/2009, 11:39:02 		The girl's facial expressions are so limited that it's really difficult to have her actually do things in the narrative. In the second panel, her eyes are closed just because she's blinking. The other shots of her asleep are taken from the very end of the movie (curiously, just BEFORE the final scene with Sinbad, which means that at that point the book is reading itself), when she turns her head to go to asleep. It's the most her body moves in the entire movie.

Date: Thu, 7/30/2009, 11:38:27 		Despite having seen the movie several times, I never registered until now that the book they're reading is in Arabic. This makes me wonder if they're native Arabic speakers, and the comic / movie is dubbed into English, or if they're fluently bilingual...

Hey, in the movie, why did the brouhaha with the guards really start? They came to arrest the crew, right?
