Wikipedia to the rescue. I remembered correctly, Evel didn't make it across the Snake River Canyon. Another thing I recall but can't find confirmed or refuted anywhere is that Evel's son, "Kaptain" Robbie Knievel, has successfully completed all of his dad's failed jumps except the Snake River Canyon jump. I know he did the Caesar's Palace fountain jump his dad crashed on, anyway. I've read somewhere that he actually *did* jump the Grand Canyon as well, although I recall he picked some spot where the canyon was far from "Grand" and was able to complete the jump on an ordinary motorcycle.
