The best example of this would be, in my opinion, The Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring Extended DVD. Yeah, it was $70 when it came out, but it had over 30 min. added to the movie itself and many hours more added to the extras. Not only are the extras long and plenty, they're very interesting. I liked the little documentary on how the cast met almost as much as the movie. It was well worth the money I paid for it and I'm looking forward for the Two Towers Extended DVD to come out to add to my collection.
I did see a little thing about the Two Towers Ext. DVD and they said that the extras are going to be continued on like the movie is. It's going to be great.
We"Yeah, Two Towers is out and there's hardly anything else I can talk about... except for Return of the King comming in December!"dge
