Thanks, Wes, for that... um... interesting interpretation...

I believe that these were 6 literal days. This is because I have trouble figuring out what a figurative *evening* and *morning* would be. (For some reason, I *rarely* hear about that aspect.)

However... I do believe that there's an unrecorded period of time between Gen. 1:1 and 1:2, and/or 1:2 and 1:3 which could account for a greater age than 6000 years. I dunno.
