I'm currently rebuilding an OLD Plant-It, Jr. It's a two-wheeled, 3.5 HP garden tractor my dad gave me. It had sat in his garden more than 30 years (had a small tree growing through it). It has a reduction gear and the pulleys are arranged to reduce the gearing further. But it ain't goin to sit idle! I'm going to use it in the garden when I get it running again. It'll likely drag me around like it used to in the old days.

By the by... Is your Maytag engine one of those deals with a pedal you kick to get it started?
