You have no idea how annoying it is to hear Celine Dion "Going On" and on and on in your head when you know that there is no radio on. And I hear every note played, the whole song, over and over again.

I hear music even when I'm not sleep deprived. Sometimes I think I hear the phone ringing too. Even when it's not. And I never get as little sleep as some of you seem to. For me not enough sleep means less than 6 hours more than one night in a row. Not getting this leads to slightly more unpleasant symptons than hearing music. I can not go on much less than that or I find myself curled up in a corner crying at the slightest provocation. This among other things has confused my school's teachers at times. Alternatly I may sit down and find myself almost unable to move.

Mostly I try to get my sleep. It avoids all kinds of problems
