I completely agree with this sofa thing. I'm sleeping about 6 hours a night right now, and i still can't go to sleep if I lay down in bed, even if i want to, but if i laydown on the the couch i fall asleep whether I want to or not. Of course, that may have something to do with the fact that for about 8 years I slept on a couch in my room. Then we got rid of it :-(
