DING DING DING!!! There's one.

And another.

Not that I know of.

Oh yes! And more at night (just the caffeine). I'm sure that's not good.

Well, don't I wish that was true. :)

Nah, nothing more than the usual.

Just take a sheet of notepaper and write down everything you're thinking of that's making your thoughts twirl. Commit ALL your immediate worries to the sheet and to God, freeing yourself up to sleep -- and the paper will hold onto the list for you, until you wake up. Maybe this sounds somewhat silly, but it does work for me, anyway... > > Wolfspirit
Wolf, thanks so much for the insight. Right now I think a lot of it has to do with the project I'm working on for school, which pretty much determines whether or not I pass a certain class, and that in turn determines if I get my first degree in May. If it doesn't stop after I finish this though, I will most definitely attempt to seek help.
I'm also a worrying person. With running a new business I've put more stress on myself than I bargained for. That comes from being in school and working other jobs too. Hopefully this whole thing will begin to fix itself as I adjust to the schedule, and find a routine that isn't quite so stressful. I'll have to wait and see though.
Thanks again for the help.
