I am not making this up. I read it in this morning's paper.

A man in Tennessee was making a left turn into his driveway. Unfortunately, he was hit rather hard by an oncoming car. His wife, who was cooking at the time, rushed outside leaving food cooking on the stove. The kitchen caught fire. Someone had called 911 and emergency respoders wound up fighting the fire as the man was airlifted by helicopter to the hospital. His house was seriously damaged by fire. The police gave him a ticket for failure to yield to the oncoming car. His car was destroyed, and his wife was upset. The other driver may sue him. I would not want to be there when the poor guy gets the bill for the helicopter ride.

Some days you would be better of just staying in bed.
