Strange food

The difference in eating habits between cultures usually causes a certain amount of disgust. For instance, Koreans eat dog meat. I could handle that; I love meat, and I think I would be willing to try about any kind--dog, horse, etc.--but I can't imagine eating grasshoppers and locusts, as some people in Africa and the Middle East do. What kind of foreign food gives you shivers, or would you try anything once?
