To help stopping yourself procrastinate:
What are the distractions that are stopping you concentrate? Put these in inacessible places so you can't normally see them so they can't distract so much. If it's your computer that's the distraction, and you need it for your work, then stop yourself from going anywhere you don't need to. Consider a "parental" block perhaps?

If you find the work difficult and you just don't want to do it, give yourself rewards for every piece you complete within a reasonable time limit - If I finish this piece of work within this time limit, I can have a bar of chocolate, for instance.
