Okay, here's the opinion of someone who knows that the PSP hasn't come out yet and the PS One is what OCC's talking about. [-:

Anyway, this opinion may be biased, since I'm more-or-less a dedicated Nintendoid, but Nintendo stuff is the way you want to go if you want wholesome gaming. If I recall, Nintendo has a large set of restrictions about what you can make for their systems.

I will admit there are a lot of good games for Sony's systems, but there are very few that I myself play.

If you can wait a few more months, Nintendo is coming out with their next handheld system sometime this year (codenamed Nintendo DS). It'll feature a pile of awesome games, most of which will be playable using the system's built-in touch screen. It will also, of course, be able to play every Game Boy game already out there. Plus there's wireless 16-player gaming. And optional voice recognition! AND WI-FI COMPATIBLE ONLINE PLAY! AND MORE GRAPHICS POWER THAN THE NINTENDO 64 AND PS1! And I'm going nuts.
