But that's not much of a super power... unless it's coupled with an extra-long lifespan. Think about it. If you move through time ten or twenty times faster than everybody else, then that means you age and die ten or twenty times faster than everybody else, at least when you're using your ability. Someone who could do that would probably think twice about using it for even dire emergencies, much less trivial things.
