Gee. I can't imagine a drought. Or water rationing, for that matter. Heck, our water's free! I've seen a typhoon, which was actually pretty cool. I had a friend who lived next to a creek [Creek by my definition is different than some-- it's not small. The creek in question is about 20' wide by the area in question-- but it is technically a creek.] She had an intertube party in her driveway. A few power lines went down, but they were on high ground and nobody was hurt. There wasn't even too much damage all around, as I recall. It's just not fathomable for me to imagine a ration on water. This is weird-- I don't think I ever tried to imagine it before, but I just can't.
