One thing more.

Whenever there is a chance of conditions that can lead to power failures or impassable roads (hurricanes, more than one flake of snow, slight chance of possible sleet maybe), Charlotteans tend to strip the stores of bread, milk, and beer.
My wife and I went to the store last night to get some creamer. There was no bread, milk, beer, or soup.

And my wife has just informed me of the severity of the disaster in Charlotte.
It was just announced that the package stores are going to be closed tomorrow!
