I challenge *anyone* to always know what they're eating when it's Chinese. I, for one, do not like Chinese food one bit. I'll stick with my...uh...American staples, which do not include any sort of vegetable not called "corn" or "potato", which arguably aren't even classified as true vegetables, anyways. (corn=grain, potato="starch")
