Well, I've never quite figured out what is in hot and sour soup.

My top favorites are:
1. Mexican
2. Chinese
3. Italian
4. American
In that order.
I've tried a few others, but those four are my favorites. I tend to avoid chicken and sea food, and I *never* eat veal or sheep. If I can't find vegetarian dishes, I settle for beef.
