Ah, the good thing about banks, though, is that they will count and roll them all by themselves. You don't have to do it first. Just take your big old glass cider jar down there and ask if they want some change. You'll get a lot of strange looks, but it's worth it. My Grandparents did this once with their collection of pennies. I think they ended up with a hundred dollars or more, but I could be wrong. It was a lot of pennies, anyway.
