There was a thread a while back asking what people collected, but I can't find it, so I'll start anew.

I've decided that I'm going to start collecting credit cards. They come in a wide variety of colours and designs, they take more of a beating than stamps and somehow seem just generally cool.

I figure that if I only apply for cards with no annual fee (which seems to be most of them these days), and never use them I'll get them all for free, without paying a penny. And how many collections is that true of?

The only real problem is that I'll need to wait until I have a new job before I begin - if I start applying for hundreds of cards while I don't have an income it's going to look a little suspicious.
