This same thing happened to koaladad once. He got up from his desk, walked about 20 paces, and passed out. He was in the service then, so his superiors sent him over to the military hospital where he had an EKG, blood tests, CAT scan and so forth ad nauseum. They didn't find anything. The doctors' conclusion? "This kind of thing just happens sometimes."


So, ditto other posters: you probably don't need to worry, unless, obviously, it happens again or you notice other symptoms.
