I suppose 3, 4, and 6 are probably safe assumptions for most people. Technically, 4 and 6 have the same qualifier as 5, but I would never rent a place that didn't have these two things. Also, the breadmaker is one that I inherited from my grandmother when she passed on, and it still took me six months (maybe longer, it was a while ago) before I used it for the first time, and even then, it was only because I was raised in a bread-making home and really wanted fresh bread.
