I did some quick research and found a really
cool web site, and the answers to your
questions:

The other two "Istari" or wizards who came to
to Middle Earth were named Alatar and
Pallando. Radagast's Maiar name was
"Aiwendil." Saruman's name I couldn't find a
definite answer for, but from memory, I believe
it was Curunir.
