Let's say that Jean-Claude Frederick Glauck-Dingle-Bendar-Hackul is Roman Catholic and goes through Confirmation. Now Jean-Claude Frederick Glauck-Dingle-Bendar-Hackul's name is Jean-Claude Frederick Bartholomew Glauck-Dingle-Bendar-Hackul. Egad!
