I have poor vision in my left eye, but normal vision in my right. I can legally drive without glasses, and I can even read with my left eye at various distances, but in general, to see perfectly (mainly to do Magic Eye puzzles) I need to wear a contact lense in my left eye.

I used to wear glasses when I was young, but my optometrist must have been incompetent. I found my old glasses a couple of years ago, and tried to wear them, and found that I had some sort of weird double image thing going on. Very hard to describe. It gave me a headache VERY quickly. I have no idea how I survived childhood.
