No. I do have an astigmatism in each eye, but only a very small one. (Is that even a proper way to use the word "astigmatism"? Oh well.) My left eye is far- or near-sighted (I can never remember which) with a -3.75 diopter offset (or however that should be phrased). My right eye has a +0.25 thingy--not enough to require correction. Basically, my eyes are just different from one another. I think it has something to do with the fact that I'm a mutant freak.
