Heh. You might think so, but I've long since lost my grasp of the Dutch language, except for a smattering of words and a few odd phrases that are mostly useless. :) I stopped actively learning and using Dutch in seventh grade, and aside from a brief week-and-a-half refresher this summer, I haven't seriously returned to the language since.

However, I can definitively tell you that 'kaas' is cheese, and that the way most English-speakers prounounce 'Gouda' is wrong wrong wrong. :P
