Of all the colleges that sent me endless brochures during high school, PCC was definitely the most persistent. I received information from them on a regular basis throughout high school and then through two years of college. I received an education from a poor school district and often wondered how much money PCC wasted by sending me unsolicited information. And then I heard that women were not allowed to wear pants on campus. Is that true?
