Would it be unconstitutional? I was never a
great government student, but unless they're
an organization recieving government funds,
shouldn't they be able to include or exclude
members as they see fit? (I'm all for letting the
guy stay in the club, just trying to decide if this
would actually be something in the states that
the government could get involved in)

I know, for example, that an all male college
near me can continue to exclude women as
long as they are 100% privately funded. The
day they accept money from Uncle Sam is the
day they have to accept women. It seems that
by the same token, a privately funded group
would be able to exclude someone on the
basis of their political beliefs.
