Luisa is right. The U.S. Constitution is concerned specifically with defining and limiting the role of the federal government; it makes no attempt to prescribe the manner in which private individuals and organisations may interact with one another. Such a provision would be at odds with the Framers' goal of minimising government interference with individual liberty.
