Let's see now. You're English, right? Maybe you have heard the good news about the Mini, AKA Austin Mini Cooper. They tell me the the little shoe box on wheels is coming back. I don't know if production on the new Mini has begun, but that little car is one of the bright spots in British automotive history. I love those old films that show Mini Coopers racing, often passing, Austin Healey 3000's, TR3's and Porche boxers. I once drove an MG TD, circa 1954, and I've had a soft spot for English cars ever since. The English engineering has been lagging behind recently and the reintroduction of the Mini may be a good sign.
I know it's good news to suicidal Englishmen who like to go fast but can't afford a lot of petrol.
