The "herb-and-lemon" soup mix is curious; I don't think I've seen that particular combination where I live (lemon soup?). I could add lemon zest instead, though. Could you possibly tell me what kinds of dry herbs are in the package? Thanks.

You're in luck. I just happened to make that quiche tonight for dinner. (It's in the oven right now and by the time I get done with this post it should be ready to eat!) Anyway, I have the soup stuff that I use in front of me...

It's called "Knorr Fine Herb Soup and Recipe Mix" I couldn't find anything with lemon in it, either, but this is very good. I'll tell you what the ingredients are and you can go from there.

Ingredients: wheat Flour, partially hydrogenated peanut and soybean oils, salt, non fat dry milk, corn syrup solids, sweet corn flour, herbs (Chervil, Lovage, Parsley, chives, dill weed, bay leaves), natural flavor, dried cream, yeast extract, lactose, hydrolyzed wheat protein, sodium caseinate, turmeric.

There's a picture of the box at the link posted below. Hope that this helps!

Ti'Did I mention that while playing a game of Boggle (http://www.newsearching.com/games1/Boggle.html) I found the word "quiche"?'cia
